In this 90 minute online retreat we will learn and practice techniques to help you manage your daily stress, leading to overall better health! The class will focus on mind body skills to help reduce stress such as belly breathing, mindful meditation, guided imagery, and more. Skills that can be put to use right away to help lower anxiety, and even cortisol levels will be discussed. This class is for you if stress is affecting your health, quality of life and your desire to lower your cortisol levels and relax! This is a shortened version of our in-person 3 hour class.
