As a personal health and wellness coach, Cheryl combines her background in counseling and psychology with her knowledge of nourishing whole foods to help her clients live a balanced and energized life. She enjoys helping her clients learn to listen to and honor their own inner body wisdom and take steps towards self care. Cheryl works with clients of all ages, from kids to seniors!

Cheryl received her Masters Degree in Psychology and Counseling from the University of Santa Monica in 1994. She was also certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, in Holistic Health Counseling. She has pursued education in the field of natural health and complementary health care for more than 20 years, continually deepening her understanding of holistic healing and how the whole person must be addressed in creating a wellness plan and preventing illness.
